Nowlis este un consultant activ in management, oferind consultanta in afaceri corporatiilor multinationale, istitutiilor guvernamentale, institutiilor academice si asociatiilor profesionale din industria de turism. A ocupat functia de Director General si Chief Executive Officer al Asociatiei Internationale de Hoteluri si Restaurante, care cuprinde operatori din industria ospitalitatii, asociatii nationale de hoteluri si restaurante si furnizori din peste 150 de tari. Activitatile sale profesionale l-au dus in peste 100 de tari. Frecvent recunoscut de industrie pentru contributiile sale in domeniul ospitalitatii, Nowlis a primit numeroase premii, dintre care amintim Premiul NFDA Foodservice of the Year si The Annual Award for the Promotion of International Tourism, prezentat de Asociatia Pacific Area Travel Writers (PATWA). Dupa absolvirea Culinary Institute of America, a primit premiul Richard T. Keating pentru "studentul cel mai probabil de a avea succes".

    David is an established hospitality, travel and technology leader, supporting a variety of media and B2B SaaS companies in a partner, advisory & board capacity following his exit from SnapShot, in Summer 2018. Having been involved with revenue management, distribution and hotel analytics for more than 20 years, David has worked to develop from grassroots some of the most forward thinking hotels and hotel companies such as designhotels, citizenM and 25hours to name a few. In addition to speaking at events around the world, David’s passion for education has led him to work with various universities including ESSEC, University of Surrey and Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) as well as take an active role with industry associations including HEDNA (Co-Chair Hotel Analytics Workgroup) and HSMAI (Revenue Management Advisory Board). Originally from Glasgow, David was delighted in October 2018 to be appointed as a Global Scot, in co-ordination with Scotands’ newly launched investment & innovation hub in Berlin, contributing to a worldwide network of entrepreneurial and inspirational business leaders, dedicated to supporting Scotland’s most ambitious companies.

    In Moscow since 1995, David Jenkins joined the Radisson Hotel Group in 2015 as Vice President Business Development for the region covering Russia, Baltics, CIS, Ukraine, Georgia, Balkans and Israel. This followed on from a 10-year period as one of the most respected hotel consultants in the Russian market with JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ and Horwath. Prior to consulting, David spent 8 years with Interstate in Moscow working for the Marriott properties. David has a degree in Hospitality Management and now has over 25 years of experience in the industry from operations, consulting and development.


    David joined Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality in 2014 and is based in Prague, Czech Republic. David´s responsibility at Cushman & Wakefield is to lead the Central & Eastern European hospitality team (investment, valuation, development advisory, and operator selection) and support Cushman & Wakefield with any hotel investment opportunitiesin EMEA region. David has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality sector. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, David worked for alternative investment vehicles such as Keystone Hospitality Fund in Luxembourg. Prior to that David worked for 7 years in leadership and managerial positions at an international private equity investment company focusing on hotel developments and operations in Europe.

  • Murat YILMAZ
    Vice President Business Development, Deutsche Hospitality

    Mr. Yilmaz has joined as VP Business Development for Deutsche Hospitality in 2017, and responsible for leading, sourcing and executing the growth strategy of Deutsche Hospitality portfolio of five brands in Eastern and Southern Europe. Mr. Yilmaz can look back more than 25 years of experience in the branch, during which time he has worked for leading hotel companies in Germany, Russia, Hungary, Romania, Kazakhstan, Belgium and Turkey. He brings comprehensive expertise to the table in the areas of business development, asset management, real estate development, finance and hotel management and operations. He worked for Dorint, Marriott, Hilton, Dedeman, Capital Partners and recently Mr. Yilmaz was employed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where he was Senior Director of Acquisitions & Development for Central Europe and Turkey.


    Paul Rosenberg s-a alaturat pe 29 aprilie 2013 diviziei de dezvoltare din Europa ca Director, International Hotel Development. De atunci, este responsabil pentru dezvoltarea tuturor brandurilor Marriott International din Europa. Inainte sa se alature grupului Marriott International si sa se mute in Zurich (Elvetia) a fost Senior Development Manager in Orientul Mijlociu pentru Hilton Worldwide. In aceasta perioada a facut parte din echipa care se ocupa de extinderea Hilton Worldwide si a brandurilor sale in Orientul Mijlociu, parti din Africa de Nord si Oceanul Indian. Paul Rosenberg a absolvit in 2008 Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Lausanne, Elvetia.


    Takuya Aoyama este Vice Presedinte de Achizitii si Dezvoltare in cadrul Hyatt International, el fiind responsabil cu extinderea portofoliului de branduri Hyatt pe pietele din Rusia, Europa de Centrala si de Est. Inainte de a se alatura companiei Hyatt, in 2008, a petrecut 6 ani in Tokyo in calitate de Asistent Vice Presedinte Achizitii & Dezvoltare Japonia, Coreea si Micronezia in cadrul Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Takuya a inceput sa lucreze in domeniul hotelier de la inceputul anilor ’90 si a detinut pozitii in marile companii, precum Saison Group, Holiday Inn Worldwide si Andersen, concentrandu-se pe proiecte in fosta Uniune Sovietica si in Europa Centrala si de Est.

  • Miguel Martins
    Development Director for Poland, InterContinental Hotels Group

    Miguel este responsabil pentru dezvoltarea brandurilor IHG in Polonia atat pentru hoteluri francizate cât si pentru hoteluri gestionate. Miguel are o vasta experienta in dezvoltarea hotelurilor si a fost implicat in peste 30 de proiecte in Europa. De asemenea, are peste noua ani de experienta in ceea ce priveste brandul Holiday Inn Express din Portugalia, Spania de Nord și Polonia. Înainte de a se alatura IHG, Miguel a creat Polish Hotel Company, care a fost responsabila de dezvoltarea brandului Holiday Inn Express din Polonia. Miguel a supravegheat Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Airport de la proiectare, finantarea, coordonarea cu IHG si supravegherea constructiilor, pana la deschidere si management.

    Within his position, Thomas he is responsible for Revinate’s partner ecosystem. This entails identifying and creating strategic partnerships to strengthen the integrations for Revinate’s hospitality CRM. Prior to Revinate, Thomas gained more than ten years of international marketing and sales experience and held positions at The Fairmont San Francisco, St. Andrews Bay in Scotland and TBA Global Marketing. Thomas has a degree in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Netherlands and master’s degree in marketing. He is a Dutch native who loves exploring the world with his family.
